As many of you will have noticed, our mate Neil Morris has been making some of the finest footwear around for a good few years now, what with Veras and Wild Bunch. It’s not just us (and you) that have noticed and now some of the bigger lads are getting in on the action. As part of their ongoing mission to collaborate with some of Britain’s most unique, innovative and inspiring designers, Pretty Green have teamed-up with Neil’s Veras shoe brand to develop a bespoke line of eye-catching, classic footwear and produced the new Pretty Green X Veras collection
Neil, formerly of legendary shop Drooghi and the Rather Not Say label, was approached by Pretty Green to create a line of shoes that would reflect premium, up-to-the-minute seasonal styles.
I’ll let Neil explain; “I met up with the guys at their London offices last year and there was a good connection when we talked through what we wanted to develop. Having initially produced some samples and after a few tweaks here and there, we decided on three styles, two in suede and one in leather. They are classic shapes with a twist which I have got to say are spot on. Pint?”
The collection maintains the classic Veras features and silhouettes, alongside the continuous commitment to craftsmanship, premium materials and knowing-the-score-ness. Just look at them…they’re absolute bangers.
The Pretty Green x Veras collection features footwear that boasts EVA resistance lightweight soles with grippers, co-branded removable leather tags, leather laces and internal branding on the sole.
Pretty Green x Veras is available in store and online end of the month
