When you think about it, Stone Island are a bit like New Order aren’t they? Spawned in the 80s from another equally legendary label/band where they both became icons over the following decade thanks to their forward looking approach and knack staying incredibly cool despite being globally popular. Still showing the competition how it’s done and with a legion of fans both old and new it’s perhaps no surprise that this S.I. polo shirt made me think of Bernard Sumner and his appreciation of the brand.
