Walker Slater Crean Jacket

Setting up 30 years ago north of the border in Edinburgh – then latterly London and Glasgow – Walker Slater is well-known for the creation of specialist contemporary tweed – from separates to suiting – which has proved bang on for the Peaky Blinders look which is so popular today.
However, the Crean is a casual jacket with military feel, taking its name and inspiration from those worn by Arctic explorer Tom Crean – an Irish hero and member of many important polar expeditions. Presented in three colours – Indigo, Red and Gobi, the Crean features an adjustable drawstring hood and the always cool, large kangaroo front pocket to whack both hands in when it gets nippy out there.

Presented in a Teflon coated cotton canvas and featuring tweed edging on the side button fastening, the Crean is that effortlessly cool style choice for a good old mooch. Priced at £145, take a look via www.walkerslater.com
