A bit of Wallabee magic; that’s what happens when our favourite Somerset ‘Shoe-Makers’ and those ‘Elves’ from the East-End of LDN-town put their creative juices together, give them shake and serve over ice cold cubes. And at the moment there’s no cooler Mocc-tail than the Clarks Originals x Goodhood Wallabee Boot.
Think equal measures Native American Inuit style, Huggy Bear dressed for a cold snap, and the work of Jean Michel Basquiat…and you’ll be starting to get on the right lines with what the two mixmeister generals have knocked up.
A full suede upper in that cognac colourway sits on the standard Wallabee crepe sole, but it’s the little additions that give it the full ‘flavor’.
A fur lining, ‘paintbrush’ effect detail on the ankle, debossed Good Hood heel stamp, custom Clarks Originals x GoodHood footbed, more hang-tags that you can shake a cocktail stick at, and, oh yeah, it’s only bloody got removable lace tassels!
You’re going to need to get your order in at the bar (Goodhood Store) for these sharpish though, as its sibling shoe – a Wallabee Low in painted maple suede – have pretty much had ‘Last Orders’ called, near enough selling out in the gent’s size run on release.
Available in Mens’ & Womens’ sizing, exclusively at Goodhood Store now.
