Arc’teryx Approach Footwear with Expertise

It’s been a pretty fast ascent for the brand with the bony bird for a logo. Arc’teryx was founded in 1989 under the name of Rock Solid, taking on the slightly ethereal moniker we identify with today. Though 36 years isn’t exactly a short period, in the scheme of things it’s relatively recent. Patagonia was established in 1973, The North Face in 1964. Columbia began way back in 1938. These are all the forerunners in outdoor clothing who now compete with Arc’teryx for market share.

It’s fair to say the growth of Arc’teryx has been turbo-charged in recent years. It seems to have found that sweet spot between genuine outdoor credentials and its moment as something of a trend. We know all about their outerwear and its role in the rise of gorpcore, but what about their footwear?

SEVEN store have just presented us with Arc’teryx’s most recent offering, in the shape of these muted hues, dynamic silhouettes and technically impressive shoes.

The Vertex Alpine Shoe is a trail running model with comfort and stability at their core.

The Vertex Alpine Shoe is a trail running model with comfort and stability at their core. Lining up alongside it is the gorgeous goretex Aerios FL2 sneaker, something reminiscent of the offerings provided by Norda, while the third model is named the Norvan LD3 sneaker, another to benefit from goretex technology.

You know with Arc’teryx you’re investing in something that will look smart while doing its job, so if you’re planning upping the activity this summer, look no further.
