It’s our favourite stuff of the week again. The weather’s been pretty shite at the moment, so it’s not all flip-flops, sun hats and shorts. This week it’s a healthy mix of stuff we like – and even some bits that’ll get you excited for proper Big Coats Weather™️. From Fred Perry and Adsum to Clarks and Palace, this is our Proper Picks Gear of the Week.

£65.00, Northern Fells
Back for AW19, Adsum has released a collection inspired by Harvest Season. While we aren’t entirely sure what it means, we like the look of it. This Terra Tee is simple, but very good-looking, as is everything the American brand do. For reference, the image is the back.

€150.00, Patta.nl
Clarks Originals – one of Britain’s most iconic and traditional footwear makers – and Patta – one of the Netherlands’ most exciting brands, have made something really quite good. Reworking the former’s Desert Trek Boot, the pair have released a white colourway (as seen above) and a similar black colourway. Nice for the impending shite weather.

£275.00, Fred Perry
A boxy workwear jacket in heavy cotton twill. Lined in lightweight loop back cotton and printed with a photograph from Gavin Watson’s archive. Bit mad, but very nice.

£98.00, PALACE Skateboards
Another Reebok and PALACE collaboration? Yup – and it’s bloody nice too. They released these in three colourways. The white flew off with no chance of copping, but there are a few pairs left of these and the red ones. Get them while you can.

£115.00, Northern Fells
WE LIKE THE ADSUM COLLECTION SO MUCH THAT WE HAD TO INCLUDE THIS TOO. They’ve done many a Flop Neck Fleece in their time, but this mad lairy orange one trumps the lot. It’ll soon be big coats and layering weather and this could play a key part.

€65.00, Novesta
Although colder times are on their way, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t enjoy the sun while it’s still here. These yellow canvas Star Masters from everyone’s favourite Slovakian shoemakers Novesta are perfect for the arse-end of summer. Cheap too.

£55.00, Oi Polloi
Like the hunting caps of yore, this beauty from Patagonia has got some heat-hoarding ear flaps, but has been updated with Patagonia’s world-renowned toasty, water-resistant Nano Puff fabric.

£190.00, Klekt
Undercover and Nike join forces to repurpose Nike’s legendary Daybreak. Premium suede and nylon uppers are coated in jet black and blue, complemented with a leather Swoosh to the sidewall.
