Not that I want to ruin any festive indulgence, but I’m already planning on getting my beach body for next year. It’s a familiar story and one which always ends in absolutely abject failure. I’m not cut out for exercise, it bores me.
As such, I might just buy some new trainers that make me look like I’m half interested in going for a run.
