The word amenity means “a desirable or useful feature or facility of a building or place” according to the internet. I knew what it meant but wouldn’t have put it so concisely, because I’m not a dictionary, or indeed a massive square. I’m a small one.
In the context of this slightly ostentatious outdoor abode, it’s the perfect word. This is useful and indeed desirable. It will house up to four normal sized humans, though it doesn’t get into the mechanics of what normal means. The fact it comes with the stamp of quality that is a Snow Peak logo means not only can you trust it actually works, you can also boast about it on the internet.
It weighs less than 9 kilos and can boast a vestibule, which is one of my favourite words of all time. I’m sold, give me one. Where can I get one? Parasol?
