With a shared passion for vintage sport aesthetics and heritage apparel, the collaboration was natural for both brands. Le Fix was given the chance to dive into the ellesse archives and create a modern collaboration featuring original ellesse styles, but with a unique Le Fix twist.
Le Fix have grown up with and admired ellesse since the 80s. They were inspired by the ellesse penguin-logo that became iconic in the 60s and incorporated it into this collection, rather than working with the widely recognised ‘semi-palla’ logo. The aim was to celebrate the heritage of ellesse and the use of the penguin felt a fitting tribute to the brand. The final collection features an exclusive combination of both the Le Fix and ellesse logos that incorporates and celebrates the history of both brands.
A winter jacket, tracksuit, quarter zip hoodie and t-shirts make up the collection in shades of deep jungle green, limestone grey and racing red, not to mention the best tee in a while in the midnight navy and white stripes.
The collaboration is available from October 13th. Be clever and get some stuff.
