Autumn is usually just about shorts and massive big coats combos, but this year hummel have thrown in some sexy footwear content for us to gawp at too.

As a part of their ongoing collaboration with Japanese trainer fellas MITA, two tidy interpretations of the classic 80s Marathona OG have been released in two juicy colourways. The collaboration is presented in both yellow/khaki and two-tone blue with each upper finished in ultra- premium suede, canvas and mesh to make them smell great before they’re worn.

Originally designed for long distance running, the Marathona OG features a EVA mid-sole finished with an all-white outer, beautifully framing the sneaker’s famed 80s silhouette. hummel’s typically Scandinavian attention to detail is obvious, with white contrasted stitching on each design and both unicolour flat lace and two-tone round lace options supplied with each pair.

The hummel x MITA collaboration is the second drop from hummel and Shigeyuki Kunii, MITA’s Creative Director and are on sale now at HANON and other selected global stores.

Absolutely well into house plants.
