Karhu Promotes Preservation with “The Forest Rules” collection

Anyone who follows the constant stream of punnery and general nonsense we write here on Proper will be aware of our appreciation of a good bit of wordplay.

Finnish footwear fanatics Karhu know us of old, so sent us word of their third and final camping-themed drop of the season. Entitled “The Forest Rules”, this invokes a double meaning. It states that the Forest does indeed rule (with no mention of Clough et al), yet also encourages you to follow the rules of nature, aka the Forest Rules, but looking after your surroundings and leaving no trace.

Each specially curated release from the collection is inspired by a specific set of forest rules. The third of these drops launches on the 21st of April, with the Fusion 2.0 and Legacy 96 in brand-new colourways, and it is about the importance of protecting the natural world.

The Preservation capsule will release on April 21st at select retailers and on www.karhu.com
