Here’s me, arriving back into the office after a few days away, refreshed and ready to attack what remains of the week. I’ve got a lot to say for myself and many products to write about. It’s good. But I need to get into my flow state.
Imagine my relief when the first thing I chose to write about was based on that very subject. Being “in flow” occurs when one is completely immersed in a task or activity with little regard for self-judgement or the passing of time. Full-on productivity with a measure of pleasure thrown in. The sense of achievement when you get something done without the troublesome intervention of low motivation or interruption. It’s what you want when you’ve got some catching up to do.
