KEEN celebrates the Year of the Dragon

As Chinese New Year looms, KEEN have used it as a pretty valid reason to explore Chinese culture. Its two most iconic silhouettes provide the canvas on which KEEN’s take on the year of the dragon play out.

The Jasper and the UNEEK are now a mainstay on the outdoor-infused footwear landscape, as KEEN continue to take root in a more lifestyle setting.

In Chinese culture, the five traditional colours – blue, red, yellow, black, and white – represent the fundamental elements of wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the special edition Jaspers and UNEEKs feature each of these intricate colours.

Similarly, the dragon holds profound significance as a revered animal symbolising ancestral spirit and the pursuit of progress, delicately embroidered on the shoe tongue.

As is the normal way of things, they’ve created some pretty smart content around this drop, which you can feast your eyes on below.
