KEEN makes waves with new Upcycling Project with Montreal’s No Diploma

Perennial Proper favourite KEEN has partnered with Canadian brand and community No Diploma for an upcycling project to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their Uneek shoes.

By repurposing the Uneek shoes & a No Diploma archived bag, the pair created a one of a kind water bottle bag called the “Hydration Safety Net”.

With this collaboration, they combine style with sustainability, enabling them to create a product that has previously never been done. While it’s a good time to focus on a decade under the belt of the Uneek model that is synonymous with KEEN, the additional goal of this project is to demonstrate that upcycling is a simple and easy process that can be done at home with little equipment, encouraging more people to get involved.

So next time you’re thinking of throwing away that great jacket with bleach or burns, or you’re debating whether to stick your tired but expensive sneakers on Vinted, think again.
