Millican make really nice bags from their home at the foot of Skiddaw in the English Lake District. Inspired by the independent spirit of their namesake Millican Dalton, they create beautiful bags and even more beautiful short films.
Home is most definitely where Millican’s heart is. There’s a keen sense of place in everything they do, tapping into the concept of a journey whether literal or metaphorical but always with an eye on returning to the bosom of the Lake District, returning Home.
This latest short film entitled ‘The Place We Call Home’ seeks to encapsulate the environment which inspires Millican, the emotions that atmosphere invokes, and ultimately how their bags end up looking great and working well.
