Our new office is in a part of Manchester called Ancoats, which quite apart from sounding a bit outerweary was the world’s first industrial suburb.
Not sure what that means but it sounds good.
As I sit here contemplating what to say about the latest Nanamica drop at Peggs and Son, the wind whipped up, a splash of rain hit the window and as if by magic, I decided to write about the weather. Again.
It makes sense though. Nanamica take classic outdoor clothing and sportswear and update it via the use of Gore-Tex. Despite Gore-Tex having been pioneered as far back as 1969, it’s still pretty futuristic, and great at keeping the elements at bay without making you feel all clammy. Ideal on a day like today. If you’re interested, Gore-Tex is actually stretched Teflon, or to give it its proper name, polytetrafluoroethylene.
Not sure what that means but it sounds good.
