A wise man once said “The early bird catches the worm”. Or was it Bill Oddie? Anyway, the point is that before you know it you’ll be getting into that annual wrestle with your conscience again, deciding whether to adopt a new years resolution. According to research (probably) the most popular new years resolution is to get fit and lose weight. In our house such vanity is not important. We just wear nice clothes and shoes instead.
Fortunately, JD’s collection of Nike Running Shoes ticks both boxes. You can avoid being mocked for looking like a big fat red faced pig because everyone will be swooning at your swoosh. That means the tick on your trainers, it’s not a euphemism.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of
plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a
