There’s something just very aesthetically pleasing about a hooded jacket in the right shade of yellow. It brings to mind Mikey from Goonies, especially in this style. Googling the words ‘yellow jacket’ are no use when trying to place where you’ve seen this sort of garment. Just comes up with loads of wasps or bees or something.
Instead I’ll use my imagination and tell you with complete certainty that JFK used to routinely wear this sort of thing when out on his yacht with his latest squeeze, and Chevy Chase probably had one too. Maybe something about Happy Gilmore. None of this is 100% true but the point is it could be.
