If we’d had the summer we all deserved we’d be itching for some cold, wet and windy days, however we haven’t. So basically we’re all here waiting for an Indian summer, which we’ll get in October or something.

This robust boot came about when the Danner company engaged the services of W.L. Gore & Associates to create the first fully waterproof hiking boot. This was in 1979 and they were so far ahead of their time the boot has barely changed.
