Have a shop with lots of different features, like a mini ramp in the shop and tunnels that you could crawl around to get you to different parts of the shop really quickly, and emergency style chutes (like they have on the planes) to get you down from the upper levels really quickly, it would be a talking point for sure and sure to draw a crowd. (XL please)

i would open from 0700-0900 to catch the top natty dressing crowd on the way to their early morning pint at the local wetherspoons

Go for fully eco-friendly stores: racks and shelves made from reclaimed wood; solar panels and wind turbines generating the juice to run the lights, speakers and tills; coffee machines with fair-trade coffees and real mugs.
And staff…I want professional, friendly, knowledgable folks who want to assist your customers (rather than ignore or badger) in a courteous manner.

Oh, and clean toliets with working facilities!
What about an area to keep the little ones occupied. Last time I was in a changing room my son ran off and the security thought I was shoplifting when I flew from the changing rooms and charged for the exit after him.
Digital cameras in store which customers can use to take shots of themselves trying on the clothes. You then display the shots onto a large bank of screens – bag all those folks who want to see themselves on the big screen (you may want to proof the shots first!) looking damn fine in your finery!
