adidas celebrated their Seventieth birthday yesterday, how mad is that? Seven decades of making sportswear has thrown up some design classics over the years and an unparalleled choice of different silhouettes to claim as your own personal favourite. I’ve always had a soft spot for the adidas Powerphase, probably because I managed to get an OG 80s pair of eBay in the early noughties in mint condition. Though they’re totally wearable I think I’m going to keep them safe and warm, far away from the harsh streets of Manchester and get a pair of these freshly dropped re-issues that Hanon have got in instead.
