ASICS and the legendary Kiko Kostadinov studios join forces to craft the HS4-GEL-SONOMA.
Kiko and ASICS’ relationship has been long and fruitful, from the GEL-Sokat to the UB1-S GEL-Kayano 14. The Central St. Martins graduate is largely credited with taking running shoe silhouettes and introducing them to the serious world of the runway, and bringing exciting colourways to the slightly boring world of tech-infused outdoors gear.
Now, ASICS have collaborated with Kiko for the HS4-GEL-SONOMA 15-50 GTX, borrowing inspiration from cross-country spikes and working in a GORE-TEX membrane. The colour palette, in various shades of green, is reminiscent of the beauty of the English countryside. The outsole is detailed with the same construction as the GEL-SONOMA and delivers both cushioning and traction with every stride.
