It’s going to be Too Hot Soon – Time for Tretorn

You don’t have to look too hard to find footwear brands claiming to be first. Who made the first trainer? Who did the first pumps? Who knows the truth? Anyone care?

Typically, understated Scandos Tretorn are happy to put down their marker as the second oldest trainer manufacturer in the world. In doing so they somehow seem more authentic. Their first rubber sole trainer was produced in 1900, which is quite a long time ago isn’t it?

Typically though, the real appreciation for their work didn’t come until much later. The Racket trainer was first released in 1961 and it became their signature pump. Robust rubber and that timeless design you can always rely on Swedes to come up with, it’ll be a classic after you’re here, just as it was before.

Too Hot have them.
