We’ve been nagging at Be with Records boss, Rob Butler for a few a few month’s to put some music together for us, so it was a pleasant surprise when we received one in the (e)mail.
Just in case you’re unaware of Rob’s label, they have an acute eye/ear for identifying those obscure records that are extremely hard to source, all pressed on that 180gram vinyl that everyone raves about. Some of the music world’s respected artists have already adorned the label: Ned Doheny, Letta Mbula, Andy Bey and even the nations sweetheart, Miss Kylie Minogue.
There’s more in store moving forward but in the meantime check the mix recorded on a Saturday afternoon by Rob accompanied by two of his great friends – Craig Swayward of Wet Play fame and Pieter Westerhof – all washed down with a shit load of the finest whiskies from around the world.
