We’ve got a new hero here at Proper HQ and his name is Nick Livesey. He’s like the living personification of everything that we love and admire i.e. beautiful photography, stunning mountains, beating addiction, good humoured misanthropy and of course brightly coloured technical jackets. At first when we you start watching this film it may seem like another of those videos showcasing someone with the perfect life and not a care in the world other than making sure they’ve got a decent white balance. But persevere and a minute or two in and you’ll be rewarded by one of the funniest, most heartwarming and funny films you’ve ever seen. Mammut should be making the Christmas adverts for John Lewis next year, with Nick playing Santa or maybe Scrooge?
