Ostensibly (love that word) known for their boat shoes, in recent seasons Sebago have supplemented their maritime footwear with some additional, rugged shoes. Picture the scene, you pick up a really fresh, shiny conker, throw it up like a tennis player about to serve but instead of going to smack it with your racquet, you instead kiss it firmly with your shoe, volleying it really high up in the air, before watching it fall with speed and dink off the bonnet of a car you’ll never afford. You throw your head back and cackle before shadow boxing, then continuing your onward journey.
This is the sort of stuff a geography professor would wear to a scally christening. And that’s why we like them.
