The Long Shot Exp. release a special edition of their Damon Mountain Hat as an homage to the iconic Trango jacket.

Primary red, blue and yellow were central to Kandinsky’s teaching at the Bauhaus. From these three colours you can make all other colours. From these three colours you can make one of the most iconic mountain jackets. From these three colours you can make an homage to said jacket, and that is just what the Long Shot have done.
Manchester’s Long Shot Exp. have just dropped the rst of their Autumn offerings celebrating that icon of scally/mountaineering crossovers, Berghaus’ Trango jacket. The Damon Mountain Hat and Sling Pack have both had a primary colour make-over using a dry waxed cotton from Dundee’s Halley Stevensons, makers of world leading waxed cotton since 1864.
The Damon’s short, soft peak is now nished with a self-fabric binding and the ear ap features an anti-pill, micro eece. The rm handle and water repellent properties of the ‘Hybrid Aero’ waxed cotton lends a technical nish to this new iteration of Long Shot’s Mountain cap.
