If this is what the staff got to wear at the North Face back in 1990 then all I can say is that you were one lucky bastard if you had a job with them back then. Called the ‘Staff Fleece’ this porcelain green piece of Polartec and recycled polyester perfection has been re-issued under TNF’s Black Label and has stayed true to it’s roots with it’s no nonsense design and slightly looser fit. So impressed with the arrival of this fleece the Grants 1856 nipped out to shoot one of their staff waltzing around town in his, just to give you an idea of how ace this wonderful piece of outerwear IRL.
