Any mod/cool person worth their speed/salt should know all about the legendary artist Peter Blake and his impeccable works of (pop) art. The word ‘pop’ couldn’t be more apt for his particular brand of impressive album design, having worked on covers for the Beatles, The Who, Paul Weller and Oasis.

Now call me biased (because I’m from Stockport) but the glorious laurel leaves of Fred Perry often gets wrongly overlooked in favour of French crocs and American jockeys, when choosing which logo will hold pride of place on our next polo shirt purchase..

Having recently started to consider what I’ll wear when I have to reluctantly put my various vibram soles boots back in their box, I dug out my adidas tobaccos. Off the back of that rather strange moment, for the first time in 2 or 3 years I seriously started to considering getting hold of a new pair of adidas.
